1. Please read and watch all Sections of Rowan's Law concussion training. Print and sign the form in the final section, and return to BrandyRidsdale@hotmail.com

2. Complete an Essex County OPP Vulnerable Sector Background check (VSBC). It is free for volunteers and done completely online. Please email your results to BrandyRidsdale@hotmail.com as soon as you get them back. You may submit a VSBC from another organization if it was completed within a year. Please email info@LakesideLittleLeague.ca if a volunteer letter on letterhead is requested.
